Two ways we work with you

Track 1

Project Management Services

You have a project that needs someone to run it. We take it over the moment the contract is signed and manage it end to end until closeout — planning, meetings, progress claims, change orders and risks.

Track 2

PMO Setup & Support Services

PMO as a Service

You have a project portfolio, a team of project managers, or an existing PMO. We provide oversight and controls at portfolio level, and report its indicators to executive management with the decision required.

Details

Both tracks include a weekly report and a live dashboard.

PMO Setup & Support Services

PMO as a Service · Project Controls

What you gain

  • One view of the whole portfolioAll your projects on one dashboard, each with its status and the decision it needs — through a permanent link for your company, and a weekly report in your inbox.
  • Standard key performance indicators (KPIs)Schedule, progress and money measured by Earned Value Management (EVM), updated weekly from the approved baseline, completion certificates and payment statements — not from individual estimates.
  • Executive decision supportA risk and opportunity register for every project, with a specific recommendation, so priorities and resources are set on documented figures.

A PMO consultant for your portfolio — with the Maken dashboard, built to PMI standards, to support decisions and tie projects and programmes to your organisation's strategic objectives.

How — project controls at portfolio level

  • Setting up the PMO if you don't have one: a single reporting methodology, a baseline template, a weekly input cycle and access rights — within the first two weeks
  • A baseline for every project: the approved schedule, a work breakdown structure (WBS) with weighted deliverables, and a cost baseline
  • Attending steering committee meetings and key client meetings with you and your project managers
  • Checking project reports every week against completion certificates, payment statements and the approved schedule
  • Calculating performance with Earned Value Management: Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Cost Performance Index (CPI), and earned versus planned value (EV/PV)
  • Flagging undocumented change orders, overdue progress claims, and cross-project dependencies
  • Linking every project to its stated objective and expected benefit (benefits realisation), with an alert when a delay threatens the benefit date
  • A recovery plan within 48 hours for any project that crosses the risk threshold

You receive a weekly email report for each project and for the whole portfolio, plus a live dashboard for you and whoever you choose on your team. See the portfolio sample ↓

What we need from you

Your project managers send four documents every Sunday — the updated schedule, completion certificates, the payment statement and change orders. A late submission is recorded in the report as a fact. The report is built only on measurable documents.

Access

You, and whoever you choose on your team. Each project manager sees only their own project card. Data is never shared with any third party, and the contract says so.

Compared with hiring a PMO manager

Hiring a PMO managerMaken
Monthly costA salary above SAR 30,000 + recruitment costsA monthly fee based on the number of projects covered
SetupMonths to build the methodology and templatesA ready PMO, with its methodology and dashboard, within two weeks
FlexibilityA fixed structureAdd or remove projects every month
IndependencePart of the internal structureA third party that verifies against documents

Compared with your own project manager

Your project manager runs delivery inside their project and submits their report. We work across the whole portfolio, check reports against documents, and turn them into a single decision on your desk. We don't replace them — we make sure what reaches you from them is right.

This is the weekly report

In both tracks — one card per project, and one decision on your desk.
