What we need from you
Your project managers send four documents every Sunday — the updated schedule, completion certificates, the payment statement and change orders. A late submission is recorded in the report as a fact. The report is built only on measurable documents.
Access
You, and whoever you choose on your team. Each project manager sees only their own project card. Data is never shared with any third party, and the contract says so.
Compared with hiring a PMO manager
| Hiring a PMO manager | Maken | |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly cost | A salary above SAR 30,000 + recruitment costs | A monthly fee based on the number of projects covered |
| Setup | Months to build the methodology and templates | A ready PMO, with its methodology and dashboard, within two weeks |
| Flexibility | A fixed structure | Add or remove projects every month |
| Independence | Part of the internal structure | A third party that verifies against documents |
Compared with your own project manager
Your project manager runs delivery inside their project and submits their report. We work across the whole portfolio, check reports against documents, and turn them into a single decision on your desk. We don't replace them — we make sure what reaches you from them is right.
